1. Cancellation by the guest
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Moorea Island Tours

Should Moorea Island Tours cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns or any other
unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose between:
• a full refund of all amounts paid; or
• rescheduling the activity to a later date at no additional cost.

3. Date changes
Requests to change the date of a booking are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability.

4. Force majeure
Cancellations caused by an event of force majeure — cyclone, exceptional swell, epidemic, government
action, interruption of services to and from Moorea — are dealt with in section 4 of our terms and conditions,
which prevail over this page in the event of any discrepancy.

5. Acceptance
By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy in full.
